The Process

Introduction: The process begins with an initial consultation, either in person, over the phone, or via video call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure that we're a good fit.

Discuss Your Vision: During this meeting, we'll discuss your wedding day vision, your preferred style, and any specific shots or moments that are important to you.

Packages and Pricing: I'll present you with a range of wedding photography packages and pricing options. We will customize a package to suit your needs.

Signing the Contract: If you decide to move forward, you'll sign a contract outlining all the details we discussed, including the date, time, location, and services provided. This ensures both parties are clear on expectations.

Payment: A retainer deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due closer to the wedding day!

Engagement Session: Many couples choose to include an engagement session, which allows us to get comfortable working together and capture some beautiful pre-wedding moments.

Shot List: We'll work together to create a shot list that includes must-have shots, family portraits, and any special requests.

Timeline: We'll establish a rough timeline for the wedding day to ensure we capture all the important moments.

I'm on your team. I know my bride's are already juggling a million other things at a time. Throughout the process my goal is to take the weight off your shoulders in the photography realm. I got you girl!

Preparation: On the big day, I'll arrive early to capture the details, such as the dress, rings, and décor. I'll also document the bride and groom getting ready.

Ceremony: I'll discreetly photograph the ceremony, capturing the vows, ring exchange, and other significant moments.

Reception: During the reception, I'll capture candid moments, speeches, and all the joyous celebrations!

Editing: After the wedding, I'll carefully select and edit the best photos from the day. You’ll receive sneak peek photos 24 hours post wedding to share and enjoy! The editing process can take 4-8 weeks, depending on the package you've chosen.

Gallery Delivery: Once editing is complete, I'll provide you with access to an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos!

I'm here to assist with any additional requests, such as ordering prints, creating thank-you cards, or providing recommendations for framing. Also I’m not just “the photographer”… I’m your friend :) and I always make an effort to ensure my friends know how loved and appreciated they are! I’m always here for you!
